HELLO! Before you fill out the form, I’d like to briefly share how this process works. For me, tattooing is not just a technical application; it is a reflection of a person’s soul. Walking this journey together and shaping the final piece with you is something I truly enjoy.

The detailed questions in this form are meant to help me get to know you and the tattoo you want on a deeper level.

The more information and detail you share with me, the better I can understand both you and the visual you have in mind.

From the initial concept to the final application  including placement and sizing we will plan and shape every step of your tattoo together.

Sharing the works you like and the details that inspire you will help ensure that the final design and tattoo truly reflect who you are.

All booking requests submitted through the form are reviewed manually.

It is very important that you clearly share the story, idea, and details behind the tattoo you want.
This information directly shapes the design process.

Approved requests will be contacted via email or WhatsApp.
Depending on our availability, this process may take up to one week.

To ensure a comfortable and safe tattoo experience, please:

  • Arrive well-rested and well-fed

  • Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before your appointment

  • Get proper sleep

  • Pay attention to your nutrition

If you have a chronic condition or are under long-term medication, you must receive approval from your doctor before the appointment.

For health and safety reasons, tattooing will not be performed in the following situations:

  • Clients must be 18 years of age or older. (Tattooing is not performed on minors under any circumstances, even with parental consent.)
  • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Severe fatigue or lack of sleep

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

  • Sunburn, open wounds, severe skin irritation, or recent tanning/solarium

  • Active skin conditions or infections

  • Use of blood-thinning medication

  • Chronic health conditions (doctor’s approval required)

A deposit is required to confirm your appointment and begin the design process.

Once all details are clarified and the tattoo plan is approved, the design process will start.
No design work or appointment reservation will be made without a deposit.

The deposit is part of the total price and will be deducted from the final session fee.

Each appointment is created with a custom design process and dedicated time planning.
For this reason, cancellations and rescheduling requests are handled within certain guidelines.

  • Appointments can be rescheduled only once

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the appointment date

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours are non-refundable

  • Appointments postponed for 3 months or longer are considered canceled, and the booking process must be restarted

  • In case of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable

These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth and fair process for both the design and scheduling stages.
