BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to all booking and contact form submissions.

1. Custom Design Process

All tattoos are created as custom, one-of-a-kind designs.
The information provided through the booking form is essential for the design process.

Submitting the booking form does not mean your appointment is automatically confirmed.
All requests are reviewed manually.
Approved applications will be contacted via email or WhatsApp.

2. Deposit & Appointment Confirmation

A deposit is required to confirm your appointment and to begin the design process.

  • No design work will start without a deposit.

  • No appointment date will be reserved without a deposit.

  • The deposit is part of the total tattoo price and will be deducted from the session fee.

  • The deposit secures both the design time and your appointment slot.

3. Appointment Rescheduling Policy

Appointments are planned individually, including custom design and time allocation.

  • Each appointment may be rescheduled once only.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the appointment time.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours are considered late and the deposit will not be refunded.

  • Appointments postponed for 3 months or longer are considered cancelled, and a new booking process is required.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

  • Failure to attend the appointment (no-show) will result in loss of the deposit.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future booking requests.
