MEDIA & PORTFOLIO POLICY
This Media & Portfolio Policy explains how photos and videos related to tattoo work may be used.
This policy applies to all clients, bookings, and tattoo sessions.
1. Media Creation
Photos and/or videos of tattoo work may be taken for documentation, portfolio, or artistic purposes.
Media may include:

Close-up photos of the tattoo

Photos of the tattooed area
-
Short videos of the tattoo or healing result
The client’s face or identifying features will not be included unless explicitly agreed.
2. Consent Requirement
No photos or videos will be shared publicly without explicit consent from the client.
Media usage consent is:

Completely optional
-
Requested separately
-
Provided either in written form or via in-person consent
Declining media consent does not affect booking approval, pricing, or service quality.
3. Use of Media
With client consent, media may be used for:

Website portfolio
-
Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
-
Promotional or marketing materials related to the artist’s work
Media will never be used for purposes unrelated to tattoo art promotion.
4. Withdrawal of Consent
Clients have the right to withdraw their media consent at any time.
Upon request, shared media will be removed from platforms where reasonably possible.
5. Data Protection
All media is handled in accordance with data protection laws and privacy regulations.
Media files are stored securely and accessed only for permitted purposes.
6. Acceptance
By providing explicit consent, the client confirms that they understand and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
